For modular furniture, the most commonly used boards are plywood, MDF and particle board—each chosen for their specific properties and performance in modular applications. Types of Boards Used
• Plywood: Made by gluing layers of wood veneers in alternating grain directions.

• HDHMR (High Density Moisture Resistance): Engineered from small wood fibers bonded under heat and pressure for a smooth, uniform surface, this is also Termite Proof

• Particle Board: Created from larger wood particles or sawdust, bonded with resins, resulting in a lighter, lower-density panel. WE DONT USE IT

We use Ply boards HDHMR & BWR (Boiling Water Proof) for;

• Durability: Excellent moisture resistance, especially in higher grades like BWP (Boiling Water Proof) and BWR (Boiling Water Resistant).

• Finishing & Machining: Accepts a wide variety of finishes (laminate, veneer, acrylic) and is well-suited for CNC machining, modular edge banding, and joining hardware.

• Applications: Ideal for high-stress and wet areas (kitchens, bathrooms) due to superior mechanical and environmental stability.
Because these Choices Matter, we carefully choose what best for the element consider the Quality Finish Durability & Exposure to Air Water & Dust

• Plywood is preferred where durability, moisture resistance, and structural reliability are crucial, such as in modular kitchens and regularly used furniture.

• HDHMR is chosen for its smooth finish and cost-effectiveness in less demanding, decorative or interior applications.

• Particle Board offers a low-cost, lightweight option for basic furniture but is limited by its mechanical strength and lifespan. We Don’t Use It

These technical differences ensure modular furniture is both visually appealing and functional according to the environment and usage demands.
Modular kitchen hardware includes a wide range of technical fittings that enhance utility, convenience, and durability.  Essential components are hinges, slides, drawer channels, corner solutions, baskets, racks, and ergonomic accessories

Major Types of Modular Kitchen Hardware

• Hinges: Concealed hinges, soft-close hinges, and lift-up hinges allow cabinet doors to open and close smoothly. Soft-close variants reduce noise, minimize wear and tear, and extend the hardware’s lifespan by dampening abrupt movement.

• Drawer Channels and Slide Systems: Full-extension, telescopic, soft-close, and undermount slides enable drawers to open fully and close gently.

• Corner Solutions: Magic corners, carousel units, and pull-out corners maximize storage in blind or inaccessible spaces. These systems use articulated arms and sliding frames for easy access to pots, pans, and groceries.

• Kitchen Baskets and Pull-Outs: Wire baskets, bottle pull-outs, cutlery trays, and tandem drawers help organize utensils, groceries, and containers.

• Lift-Up Shutters: Mechanisms enable cabinet doors to open vertically, ideal for overhead units. They use gas struts or spring arms for easy, ergonomic access.

• Tall Units: Pull-out pantries and tall units provide dedicated, organized space for dry storage and appliances, with adjustable shelves and trays for customization.

• Ergonomic and Finish Accessories: Spice racks, bottle racks, towel holders, and lighting solutions add utility and visual appeal, often crafted from durable stainless steel, aluminum, or engineered polymers.
Modular wardrobe hardware includes a range of specialized fittings designed for organized, efficient, and ergonomic storage. Key components are chosen for their functionality, user convenience, and technical reliability, and a seamless user experience.
Essential Types of Wardrobe Hardware

• Hinges: Soft-close, concealed, and lift-up hinges are used for doors, providing silent operation and increasing hardware lifespan by reducing impact.

• Drawer Channels & Slides: Telescopic, undermount, and soft-close slides ensure drawers glide smoothly and quietly; critical for repetitive daily use and loaded storage.

• Hanging Rods & Rail Supports: Steel or aluminum rods with end supports provide space for hanging clothes, designed to bear significant weight without bending.

• Pull-Down Lift Systems: Innovative fittings allow rods to be pulled down for easy access, ideal for maximizing vertical space in tall wardrobes without needing a stool or ladder.

• Shelving & Trays: Adjustable shelves, jewelry trays, watch trays, and multi-purpose storage boxes organize garments and accessories, made from durable, scratch-resistant materials for longevity.

• Racks & Pull-Outs: Trouser racks, saree racks, tie holders, and shoe pullouts keep specialized apparel wrinkle-free and easy to access. These racks are generally mounted securely and may feature soft-close or slide mechanisms.

• Wire Baskets & Containers: Used for seasonal or bulk storage; lined baskets help prevent damage to delicate items and organize soft accessories.

• Corner Solutions: Carousel units and magic corners utilize awkward or inaccessible spaces with articulated arms and rotating trays, making every inch usable.

• Lighting & Smart Fittings: Motion-sensor lighting, ambient fixtures, and electronic locks add convenience, security, and a luxury finish to the wardrobe’s contents
Common Types of Modular Kitchen Accessories

• Pull-Out Baskets: Wire or metal baskets that slide out for easy storage of vegetables, fruits, and kitchen essentials, improving accessibility and ventilation.

• Tandem Drawers: Specially sized drawers with soft-close mechanisms for organized storage of pots, pans, spices, and dry goods.

• Magic Corners Units: Rotating shelves for blind corners that maximize otherwise unusable space in base cabinets, allowing easy access to stored items.

• Spice Racks and Bottle Pull-Outs: Pull-out racks designed for spices or bottles provide neat arrangement and quick retrieval in tight spaces.

• Cutlery Trays: Multi-compartment trays for separating and organizing spoons, knives, forks, and other utensils, fitted inside drawers for convenience.

• Overhead Organizers: Plate racks and under-cabinet storage units to utilize vertical space efficiently while keeping frequently used items within reach.

• Waste Bins and Detergent Pull-Outs: Concealed bins and pull-out holders under sinks for waste management and cleaning supplies.

• Pantry Units: Modular pull-out pantry systems with adjustable shelves and trays for storing dry food items

• Towel Rails and Other Holders: Accessories for towel storage and other small items.

Common Types of Modular Wardrobe Accessories

• Soft-Close Hinges & Pull-Out Drawer Slides: Reduce noise and wear by enabling smooth, silent door and drawer movements. Uses precision ball bearings and hydraulic dampers for durability and ease of operation.

• Pull-Down Rails (Soho Lifts): Mechanisms that allow high wardrobe rods to be pulled down for easy access, maximizing vertical space without the need for stools or ladders.

• Adjustable Hanging Rods & Rail Supports: Durable rods made of stainless steel or aluminum provide strong and stable support for hanging clothes.

• Specialized Racks and Holders: Trouser racks, tie holders, saree racks, jewelry trays, and belt racks that keep items wrinkle-free and organized with easy retrieval, often featuring soft-close or slide mechanisms.

• Wire and Cloth Baskets: Provide breathable storage for folded clothes or accessories, enhancing air circulation and visibility within the wardrobe.

• Shelves and Trays: Adjustable shelves, jewelry trays, watch trays, and multi-compartment organizer trays personalize storage for various item types.

• Corner Carousel Units: Rotate to utilize awkward corners efficiently with rotating trays and arms, improving space use.
