Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After this period, cancellation requests will be subject to approval and may incur charges.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Customized orders, made-to-measure products, and items on clearance are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Exchanges
In certain cases, we may offer product exchanges instead of refunds.
6. Delivery Issues
If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, Wood Century will coordinate with logistics partners but will not be held liable for external delays.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.
